All cats need to scratch but we know that claws can cause havoc. Catipilla designed this cat scratching post to save those items in the home that are particularly vulnerable to cats’ claws. This unit also provides your cat with the necessary tool to tone muscles, alleviate stress and keep those claws in pristine condition.
Using the finest South American sisal rope, this cat scratching post is high-quality, easy to install and can be rotated or replaced after becoming worn. There are three different versions for cats of all shapes and sizes:
- 50cm, 60cm, 75cm are the standard-sized posts that are perfect for cats of all sizes.
- 35cm post is designed for kittens
Dimensions: Width – 10cm. Depth – 12.5cm.
Suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor environments. All fixings supplied in the packaging, along with an instruction booklet. Estimated installation time is 15 minutes. Can only be installed on flat walls. Suitable for brick, wood and plasterboard walls.
This product is also 100% recyclable.
All Catipilla products are excluded from our free UK delivery offer. A flat rate charge of £5.95 will be applied to your order.
Delivery
Our delivery times vary depending on the products ordered. Stock items are normally shipped within 2-3 working days delivered a few days after this.
If you are ordering items from multiple designers/suppliers, these may be despatched separately so don't worry if all the items on your order do not arrive together.
Items that are handmade to order or personalised normally take longer to ship. We say to allow around 2 weeks for delivery of these items. If you would like to check how long delivery will take on a specific item, please email us at sales@chelseacats.co.uk
International Delivery
International delivery is available but will be dealt with via our Stripe or PayPal company invoicing system. Please email us with a list of the items you would like to order (including sizes and colours) and your full delivery address for a shipping quote and order instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges need to be sent straight back to our designers/suppliers. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at sales@chelseacats.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will then provide you with the correct returns address for your item(s) and further instructions.
You will be liable for the cost to return your items unless they have arrived faulty or they were not what you ordered.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalised or made to order items unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered.
