Our last order date for Christmas deliveries is the 9th December. We will do our best to deliver orders placed after this date but cannot guarantee they will arrive before the big day.
The deadline for personalised items is 6th December. Orders placed after this date will still be processed but will probably not arrive until the New Year.
We strive to make our online ordering process as simple as possible. We offer FREE UK standard shipping (UK Mainland) on all orders over £35. Any order with a basket total under £35 will incur a flat rate shipping cost of £3.95.
DELIVERY TIMES AND INFORMATION
Many of our products are shipped directly from our designers or suppliers and so will arrive with their chosen carrier. Any stock items sent directly by Chelsea Cats will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and are normally despatched within 2-3 working days. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, Chelsea Cats will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.
Some of our products are handmade to order or they can be personalised. These products will have a longer delivery timeframe. This is normally a maximum of 14-21 working days.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of many products, these products may be delivered separately and the customer will accept part delivery of an order.
Chelsea Cats does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.
Chelsea Cats ships mainly to the UK and Highlands but will also, on request by the customer, ship internationally, where available, and subject to extra shipping charges. Chelsea Cats will not accept liability for the delivery of products that are shipped directly from a supplier. Some delivery methods will require the customer to sign for the acceptance of the goods.
International delivery is available but will be dealt with via our PayPal company invoicing system. Please email us at email@example.com with a list of the items you would like to order (including sizes and colours) and your full delivery address for a shipping quote and order instructions.
